The ELCO SMART/ SG-BUS CABIN BOARD is a perfect solution for introducing the SG-BUS system to your installation future plans. Almost eliminates the installation and time costs because of the 3 wires communication system that interconnects all cabin and hall peripherals (automated doors, buttons, indicators, displays e.t.c.) with pre-fabricated connections based on client’s demands.
A board like this takes over all the above operations between the system and the human interface and is connected with ELCO SMART CONTROLLER BOARD with 3 wires.
The very small size of the ELCO SMART/ SG-BUS CABIN BOARD helps for installing this in the existing buttons panel, implementing more capabilities like radio and memory stored music intervals during travel and stops, floor message announcements in all supported languages, full control of automated doors, automated calls acceptance and registration to the system, VIP operation of the cabin, code locking and advanced operation for disabled people with special SG-BUS DISPLAY boards.
The easy programming of this board by the ELCO SMART PROGRAMMER allows the user to make a personal adjusted installation by allowing the parameters’ trimming with very clear and easy way. Can very easily accept ELCO SMART USER INTERFACE BOARD for a one look surveillance of the system by the user.

Technical Features

Serial communication with SG-BUS protocol, uses only 3 wires for communicating with hall buttons / indicators assemblies and with cabin’s buttons, indicators and displays.
Advanced microcontroller ensures all functions and communication with 2 different options: SG-BUS and CAN BUS channels are designed for optimum operation in very heavy and noisy environments like a lift’s machinery room.
All cabin’s auxiliary needs are supported: automated doors control, photo-barrier, buttons and indicators registration and control, music or announcement covering, audible signals for disabled people.
Integrated solution for complete cabin control; each cabin is wired up with main control with just 3 wires.

Same programming procedure with ELCO SMART CONTROLLER BOARD for adjusting all auxiliary functions, such as message announcements, radio receiver, stored music in micro-SD flash memory card.
“Plug ‘n’ play” design, can be uploaded very easily with customer’s firmware updates and also with practically unlimited volume of stored music or special announcement messages. There is already a messages file directory for any possible combination of announcements for supported languages.
Very low consumption due to the SMT parts -non linear supply- design ensures “eco” operation of the system.
